Bring your kids to an Easter themed kids fitness class! This class is designed to be a fun way to get your children excited about fitness while having fun, building confidence, learning new skills, and making friends. All ages are welcome! Children 4 and under may need help from an adult!
If anyone has any fitness supplies they wouldn’t mind letting us borrow please reach out to me! Fun supplies we could use are:
- agility ladders
- items kids can crawl under or jump over
- Easter eggs
My hope is to have 4 Kids in Motion classes a year!
