Kids/High School Girls/High School Boys Learn to Wrestle Free EventWe are inviting all kids, high school girls, and high school boys out to learn about wrestling!
Kids: 10am - 11:30 Am
HS Girls: 12pm - 1:30pm
HS Boys: 2pm - 3:30pm
What to expect:
- Meet the coaches
- Meet current athletes
- Play wrestling games
- Learn a wrestling move
- Learn about wrestling in the community
What to bring:
- Athletic Clothing
- Water Bottle
- Snacks for after
Itinerary:
- Arrive 15 minutes before start time
- Session Starts sharp at start times
- Meet Coaches and members
- Warm up
- Play a wrestling game
- Learn a wrestling technique
- Closing remarks
- 1 on 1 time to talk with coaches
