Come move, laugh, and get spooky at our Halloween Yoga Class!
Kids ages 5–10 will enjoy a playful class filled with Halloween-themed yoga, silly yoga games, mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, music, guided meditation, and a festive craft. Through movement and play, kids will build body awareness, focus, confidence, and self-regulation skills—all while having a spooktacular time!
️Costumes are highly encouraged! Come dressed up and ready to stretch, play, and celebrate Halloween!
