Join us for a fun-filled pop-up Kids Yoga class where movement, creativity, and connection come together! In this engaging 45-minute session, children will enjoy a playful yoga practice designed to promote flexibility and mindfulness. Afterward, participants can look forward to a healthy treat and a creative craft activity that encourages imagination. Parents are welcome to join in on the fun or relax nearby. It’s a perfect way to bond, explore wellness, and have a great time together!
$15 covers 1 student and 1 parent/family member; additional family members can be added per $5 paid on day of class.
