This mindful craft is taught in a relaxed, patient way and will give your child the basics to continue on an amazing crochet journey. The workshop has been designed with children in mind by a crochet instructor who is also a mother of three children. By the end of this workshop, your child will:
* Understand how their hook size, tension, and yarn weight affects the outcome of the finished piece
* Be able to cast a foundation chain
* Complete a row of single crochet stitches (US)
* Practice the correct way to turn and continue the next row
* Have the basic skills to continue to create their own crochet project working in rows - such as a scarf
