Kids College: Journey to the moon (in English)

Attention curious children! During this Kids College (in English) we are going on an exciting and fun journey to the planets, the moons, and our own moon.

A long time ago astronauts walked on the moon, and soon people will go there again. While we are on the moon, we will take a close look. Where do all those craters come from? And why do astronauts wear special suits? Have you ever seen the secret face on the moon? We will also find out how long it takes to travel to the Moon, and what the “moon race” looks like today. In short, there is a lot to discover and learn!

In the workshop that follows, we will make our own moon step by step. The children will use what they learned in the presentation in a creative way. We will work with clay, paper, and even real lava stones.

• For curious children aged 8 to 12 years old.
• The Kids College is for children only; parents/guardians can pick them up afterwards.
