Join Jeanna in this special Kids Christmas yoga event where children can enjoy holiday-themed yoga, engaging crafts, and delicious treats. We will talk about emotions that come with the holiday and how mindfulness tools of yoga can help navigate them. This joyful gathering combines movement, creativity, and fun: Kids start with a gentle, playful yoga session inspired by Christmas themes, helping them stretch, relax, and engage their imaginations. Afterward, they’ll dive into hands-on holiday crafts, creating holiday-themed artwork to bring home. The event wraps up with holiday treats, giving kids a chance to socialize and enjoy some tasty seasonal snacks.
Ideal for children of ages 4-10 (we are flexible with ages younger or older and leave it up to guardians discretion) this event encourages physical activity, creative expression, and holiday spirit in a warm, friendly setting!
