Kids canvas and yoga is back for the season! Oh, how we have missed you! This fun and interactive class is perfect for littles yogis' ranging from age 2 - 8 years old. Through partner poses and fun yoga games, this class will give you the tools to cultivate mindfulness, focus, and tranquility that you and your child can use in everyday life. Children and adults together will interact in this class designed for fun and exploration. We will start the class with yoga movements, breath, and relaxation. The class will end with a fun art project that the kids will be taking home with them. All are welcome to attend. No experience is necessary. Perfect for children 2 - 9. Adults must participate with children. $10/person. Children under 2 are free.
Join us for our up-coming Kids, Canvas and Yoga session on Saturday, November 16 @ 11:30 - 12:30. We will provide lunch for the kiddos after the session and be making a fun Thanksgiving themed project!
