Kids Bike Parade

The Village of Oregon is excited to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a festive community bike parade! The event is geared toward children ages 18 and under, but anyone young at heart is welcome to join the fun. Participants are encouraged to decorate bikes, trikes, strollers, wagons, walkers, and wheelchairs in a patriotic theme. We kindly ask that decorations not include obscenities or political messages.
The parade staging area will begin at the Oak Street entrance of the parking lot at Jaycee Community Park. The parade route will travel down Brook Street and conclude at Kiser Park.
Following the parade, participants and spectators are invited to stay and enjoy popsicles, dancing, and playground fun.
We look forward to seeing everyone’s creativity as we come together to celebrate America’s birthday!
