BALLROOM DANCE INTENSIVE PROGRAM FOR KIDSAUGUST 11-14, 2025, 9am - 12pm
Ages 5-18 years
$200 per child
New and experienced dancers will learn latin and ballroom dances, steps and technique based on their skill level. Come learn from experienced teachers and coaches!
Ballroom dancing offers many benefits - body awareness and posture, cardio workout, teamwork, self-confidence, expression, and more.
Dancers will perform for their families the last day!
Sample daily schedule:
9-9:15am Warm-up
9:15-10:15am Specific dance for the day (break into groups)
10:15-10:30am Game or line dance
10:30-10:45am Snack and break
10:45-11:45am Work with a coach as a group (e.g. latin technique, posture and arm styling)
11:45-12:00 Review or line dance
