About this Event

Kids Art Workshop: let their imagination soar! 🎨

Interborough Developmental & Consultation Center (IDCC) and the Brooklyn Public Library invite your child to a fun-filled afternoon of creativity, hands-on art, and play. Parents and caregivers, there’s something for you too!

For the kids

• Origami: fold paper into animals, flowers, and more
• Play-dough: squish, sculpt, and create
• Art supplies: crayons, markers, colored pencils, and more
• Reading and games: story time and playful activities

For parents and caregivers

• WholeYouNYC Social Care Network (SCN) screenings: while your child enjoys the activities, our team will be available to screen parents for social needs such as food, housing, and transportation, and to connect you with support
• IDCC resources: learn about the programs and services available to children, adults, and families in our community
