Try this family-friendly yoga class with Tara Lynn 🤗🧘🏼♀️💗🙏🏼 Located at Sharing Peace Cafe, kids can do a fun yoga class while parents relax at the cafe…. OR… parents can join the class and make it a Family experience! Your choice! *This class is a combination of kid-friendly yoga poses, movement, breathing, & fun! We will move, breathe, and make sounds together 😀

Any age child can come with their grown up. Minimum preschool age to attend on their own.
About the Teacher- Tara Lynn, M.Ed., Wellness Coach, Yoga instructor of 15 years, teaches yoga throughout the community. Mom of two kids and former elementary teacher, Tara Lynn knows and loves working with kids of all ages!
