For many families, especially in communities with limited access to healthy foods, it can be difficult to maintain a nutritious diet. But what if your family could learn how to grow your own vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices right at home?

DFOWW Incorporated is hosting a fun, hands-on Kids & Parents Gardening + Nutrition Workshop where families will learn practical skills to help improve health, reduce grocery costs, and build lifelong healthy habits. This interactive workshop will teach families: How to grow vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices, Container gardening techniques for small spaces, Understanding plant life cycles Simple ways to reduce grocery expenses by growing food at home.
