Kids Aerial Yoga Classes

Aerial yoga playtime ages 7-12! Parents are welcome to join, just be sure to book and pay for your own hammock.
We will play, laugh, have fun, build motor skills, build social skills, get stronger for future sports, and be introduced to mindfulness and yoga while using our famous pink fabrics at a very low and safe distance from the ground.
Drop-off is preferred, if you'd like to watch class it is standing room only.
Please be ready to pick your child up before class is over at 4:50 as we have an adult class starting right after and cannot provide childcare after class.

Please ensure the kiddos are in workout attire and don't have any sequins on their clothing or jewelry that will rip holes in the hammocks and cause injury.
