Join Gabriella Sodano, owner of Conscious Wellness in Charlton, MA, for an all-inclusive Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Program at the Holistic Wellness Collective.Gabriella has a decade of experience in group instruction in Special Education and Behavioral Health, as well as a decade of personal yoga and mindfulness practice.
Children will explore different Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation methods, accompanied by original music and interactive activities. This class aims to enhance your child's physical strength, flexibility, and mindfulness skills, ensuring they have a great time!
For children ages 3 - 7, please see the event from 4:30 - 5:30 PM.
Certified by the KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) Program, 2018
$10 for the first child in a household, $5 for each additional child.
