Kickboxing Introductory Seminar

Join us for a Krav Maga and Kickboxing training session at Premier Martial Arts.

All teens and adults are invited to attend this special introductory class. No experience necessary. Learn how to protect yourself and get a fun training session! Best of all you can meet other like-minded members of our community.

Kickboxing is a great fitness workout! You will learn skillsets from boxing, muay thai kickboxing, footwork and defensive techniques. Lets train together and achieve more!

Our Krav Maga program teaches:

• Situational Awareness
• The Fence and how it pertains to self defense
• Verbal Judo and de-escalation
• Line in the sand knowing when it's time to pre-emptive strike
• Principles of Krav Maga
• Mindset to overcome challenges and never give up!
• We will train combative strikes on targets and learn a few scenarios to help you stay safe.

With the commuter lot and VRE opening this is an important time for our shopping center and community to come together for learning steps to protect yourself. Everyone is encouraged to attend this event and meet your neighbors. All local store employees and local residents. Invite your friends and co-workers to join you. We hope to see you there!
