Women's Only Program starting June 8th at the Knottwood Community Centre!If you are looking for a fun, amazing workout, this bootcamp-style class is for you!!! All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels don’t matter; this class is for you, even if you haven’t worked out in forever or are brand new to fitness. It works every muscle in your body.
In kickboxing, you use all aspects of fitness: muscular strength and endurance, speed of movement, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, body composition, motor skills, etc. With an added bootcamp-style circuit, this is the workout for YOU!!! Kickboxers have both strength and endurance… best of both worlds.
MONDAYS June 8 – July 20, 2026, 6:00-7:00 pm
6 CLASSES (No class July 6)
Cost:
Members (all CL welcome): $100.00
Non-members: $125.00
This class is for those 15 years old and up.
Bring indoor runners only. Taught by Colleen Hotrocks, 30+ years of Martial Arts experience and former Women’s Irish Champion Title holder.
