Join us for this Kick Start Your Health class Kathy Egan, licensed Food for Life Instructor
Through instruction & a cooking demonstration, attendees will be introduced to the power of plant-based eating and learn strategies to get started with more healthful food choices. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate.
