There’s something about spring in Hudson… the light feels softer, the air feels hopeful, and it reminds us that growth is always possible.Join us as we gather on the beautiful outdoor patio at Essential Living to celebrate the season and each other. This special evening is centered around something that matters deeply: women’s mental health.
We’re honored to welcome local family therapist Sarah Saunders with Purposeful Growth & Wellness, who will share an empowering conversation on the importance of making time for ourselves, protecting our mental well-being, and giving ourselves permission to pause. As women, mothers, professionals, caregivers, and friends, we so often pour into everyone else. This is a moment to pour back into you.
We’ll have bubbly, charcuterie and sweet treats, meaningful connection, and the kind of conversations that remind you you’re not alone.
While the event is complimentary, we kindly suggest a $25 donation to Hudson Community First, an organization doing powerful work supporting mental health awareness for our youth within Hudson City Schools. Because when we support women and our children, we strengthen our entire community.
