Love on the Brain
This workshop is all about real relationships and real life, going beyond social media and TV to explore what healthy and unhealthy relationships actually look like. We’ll break down boundaries, respect, communication, emotional intelligence, and the difference between love and lust. Through interactive scenarios, skits, and a fun “Pop the Balloon”-style game, you’ll engage in situations teens actually face. This is a judgment-free space to build the skills to protect your peace, make better decisions, and create healthy, supportive relationships.
No Drama, No Damage
This workshop is about real situations teens see, hear about, or go through every day—not just physical fights, but emotional harm, toxic relationships, peer pressure, cyberbullying, and the kind of violence that doesn’t always leave bruises but still causes damage. Through interactive moments and real-life scenarios, the audience helps break down what’s happening and why. We’ll explore how people get pulled into violence, how emotions and pressure play a role, and what it looks like to make different choices. Most importantly, we’ll share tools and principles to help you choose “No Drama, No Damage.”
Mind Matters
This workshop is all about what’s really going on inside. Using the Inside Out theme, we’ll explore emotions like joy, anger, sadness, fear, anxiety, and more—and how they actually show up in real life. We’ll get into real situations teens face, like pressure from school, family expectations, and when your mental health just feels off. You’ll learn practical ways to manage your emotions, support your friends, and understand what you’re really feeling. By the end, you’ll walk away with tools to take care of your mental health and break the stigma around it.
