Join us for a fun morning designed to make you sweat & get social!

Whether you've worked with kettlebells in your gym routine or not - we've partnered with All Strength Nashville and Nashville Kettlebell Community to show you how to get movin' with kettlebells!

THE SCHEDULE:

11AM - 11:15AM | Arrive & get checked in! We'll help you will find your place for the workout + get all set up for some fun!

11:15AM - 12:00PM | Let's Sweat! Kettlebell flow workout class

12:00PM - 1:00PM | Let's Get Social ! Social Hour + Experience Stations! (Think Kombucha tasting, health/wellness/spa/beauty experiences!) We encourage you to learn more about the business partners, make new friends, take photos + have some fun!

1:00PM | Event Closes - Thanks for joining us!

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers.
