Join the Metro Parks disABILITIES Programs for Swim Team Practices on Fridays Fall

Friday Practices

Swim Team practices are for athletes who know how to swim competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and/or Butterfly). These are not "Learn to Swim" practices. Athletes must also be fully independent or have a caretaker with them. Coaches & volunteers cannot assist athletes in the lockerrooms. Athletes under the age of 18 must have an adult caretaker present with them at all times.

Practice will be held in the small pool from 2:00pm-3:00pm on the following dates:

• August: 22nd, and 29th
• September: 6th, 12th, 19th, and 26th
• October: 3rd, 10th, 24th, and 31st
• November: 7th, 14th, and 21st
• December: 5th and 12th

We will NOT have swim team on October 17th, November 28th, or December 19th and 26th.

Athletes should wear appropriate swim attire, and bring a towel and goggles for practice.
