Kettlebell AMPD combines great music with simple, effecttive movements into a calorie-torching workout that is fun, safe, and accessible to all fitness levels.You will need to bring your own mat and kettlebell (5-10lb for women, 10-15lb for men) for class.

Use Kraft Meadows Intermediate School drive. South High School parking lot is on the left. Enter building and go left all the way until the end of the building.
