Kestrel Grappa di Vino Release Party

Please join us Saturday, August 1, 2026, Open-House style 2pm to 5pm, as we showcase a brand-new style of wine, our Kestrel Grappa di Vino. After our initial pressing of the grapes, we soaked the skins in brandy. The brandy pulled out the essential oils and flavors of the Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins. We aged it, blended it with white wine, and sweetened it up just a bit, to create this amazing after-dinner fortified port-style wine. We admire the Kestrel as the smallest of the birds in the fierce falcon family. You’ll admire this smooth, rich, complex wine just as dangerous as a Kestrel gliding noiselessly on a stream of air. We’ll celebrate the Kestrel together with complimentary light finger foods. Wine sample flights, glasses of wine and bottles will also be available for purchase.
