Families wishing to apply for Christmas Stocking gift cards must come in person to one of our interview sessions. During the interview, we will review your information and complete your application.

9:00–11:00 a.m.
📍 LOCATION
Kernersville Moravian Church – Activity Building
Enter from the South Cherry Street parking lot
PLEASE BRING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Children must be 14 years old or younger to qualify.
• Name of each child's school
• Birth certificate and Medicaid card for each child
• Parent/guardian photo ID — driver's license or state-issued ID
• Current proof of household income — such as check stubs, employer letter, food-stamp documentation, child support or other income documentation
• Proof of your current Kernersville address in ZIP code 27284 — such as a Duke Energy bill, water bill or rental lease
