Our fifth and final concert of the 2025-2026 season will be The Angels Gathered. Symphony #2 "The Angels Gathered" is the remarkable story of five priests who gave their lives for strangers in the 1873 Yellow Fever Epidemic. Maestro Kermit Poling composed the symphony with soloists and chorus to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Yellow Fever Epidemic and the five Catholic Martyrs who gave their lives to help the city of Shreveport at that time.
Multiple choirs and vocalists will join the symphony for this moving and powerful experience! It will be unlike anything you've experienced before!
