Time to prepare for the KEP track ride in August, and trying something a little different as we train up to Yanchep before riding back to Joondalup , to jump on the train back to the city (or Yanchep). The total ride length will be about 40km
Meeting in the walkway down to the underground platforms at the Western end of the platforms, those of us who are adventurous will catch the 7:51am train (from Platform 1) an head to Yanchep, arriving at around 8:42 am and then riding approx. 6km to the National Park along Yanchep Beach Road.
If you are not so keen, you can meet us at the station at 8:45am or at the Yanchep Inn in the National Park for 9:45 am. We will leave the Inn at 10:00 am and head along the Yaberoo-Budjara track to Currumbine and onto Joondalup, after which we can jump back on the train to the city (or back to Yanchep if your car is there)
