Join the Kenyan community, friends, and supporters for a vibrant Flag Raising Ceremony marking Kenya’s Independence Day. This special event is hosted at Ken Whillans Square in partnership with the City of Brampton Protocol & Events Office.
Come together to honor Kenya’s heritage, culture, and independence while sharing in the spirit of unity and pride.

- Official flag raising of the Kenyan national flag
- Singing of the Kenyan and Canadian national anthems
