The Kentucky WILD Fire Conference is a leadership and professional-development experience created specifically for women serving in the career fire service.

This conference is intended for career women in the fire service at every rank and stage of their careers, from those just beginning their journey to experienced officers and established leaders. You do not need to hold a formal leadership position to attend.
