Topics include licensure requirements, standards of practice, contractual issues, report obligations, ethics, and business-compliance obligations for home inspectors.

Info: The report writing portion of the course strengthens the skills of licensed Kentucky home inspectors in producing professional, clear, and compliant home inspection reports. The portion uses lecture, real-world examples, and interactive report critique.
