The Celtic Glider (formerly Wild Little Monkeys) would like to invite you to their annual fundraiser for Cordy's Castle; a 501(c)3 nonprofit small animal rescue. Anyone with small fur or quilled critters (Sugar Glider, Hedgehog, Rat, Tenrec, Hamster, Flying Squirrel, Rabbits, birds etc.) is welcome to the ninth annual Kentuckiana Small Critter Convention (KSCC). Come bring your little critter and enjoy a day of fun, education, and camaraderie.This is a scheduled event with timed slots throughout the day for Critter Talks, demonstrations, activities, open vending, and meals. Please plan to coordinate your arrivals and departures with the itinerary once it is available. The main part of the event will take place from 9am-5pm with optional activities both before and after including a Thursday night craft event at Cordy's Castle, a chaperoned hike through the abandoned amusement park, Rose Island, in Charlestown State Park Friday afternoon. A Friday night welcome party, Saturday morning breakfast, and Saturday evening hang out/after party.
Additionally, the city of Charlestown will also be having their founder's celebration with various activities in town, including a Saturday evening balloon glow!
VENDORS NEEDED! We are looking for small critter related vendors to attend! There will be various vending times throughout the event. We are excited to have a lot more room than we've had in the past for vendors to spread out. PLEASE CONTACT US before purchasing your spot so we can discuss what vending items are allowed. Spots are limited to the first 10 vendors to contact us and purchase their booth rental/admission.
*Please note, animal sales is strictly prohibited at the show. Prior arranged sales with delivery at KSCC are fine.
