💵 Pay & Schedule

• $17–$20/hour + $2,500 Hiring Incentive
• Full-Time: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, weekend shifts required Sat & Sun (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
• Part-Time: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, same weekend requirements
• Flexible schedules to accommodate classes

💡 Role Highlights

• Provide hands-on care (feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Implement behavioral and educational protocols
• Collect and document patient behavior and care data
• Ensure patient and unit safety
• Assist with training new staff and supporting unit operations

Patients may have autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, feeding/sleep disorders, genetic/metabolic/chromosomal disorders, and severe behavioral challenges.

🎓 Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus
• Must complete Behavior Management & Safety/Transport training
• Physically able to work with patients and follow safety protocols
