New Year, New Venue! Kendal Repair Cafe is a pop-up event held on the 2nd Thursday of every month (apart from August).
Our volunteer repairers will be here to help you repair a whole range of items including:
- clothing (including help with knitting and darning)
- small electricals, jewellery, toys and ceramics
- stringed instruments (IF YOU LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE)
- tech (laptops, phones etc including software issues)
- small wooden items and other household items. 🧵🔨✂
What will you bring for repair?
Let us know so we can be sure we have the right tools.
All items brought for repair must be clean and hygienic 💚
Veggie food available (made with 'rescued' food from Waste into Wellbeing) plus hot drinks and cakes available after 5.15pm ☕🥣🍰
'Pay What You Can' for all repairs and refreshments so please bring cash 😉
Please note that there is no entry before 4:45pm, whilst we're setting up 🙏
