Kendal Castle Autumn Sprint Triathlon

You’ll start with a 400m swim in the pool and then transition to your bike for an out and back route which has a timed out neutral zone. Finally, a 5km off-road run using the route of the old canal for a short distance then onto woodland trails and the grassy slopes up to the Castle ruins before returning to the centre for congratulations and your well earned reward.
