🌿 Community Clean-Up Day – April 25 🌿Join us for a community-wide clean-up day focused on removing litter and supporting environmental stewardship across the city of Kenai. This event takes place during Earth Week, making it a great opportunity to give back to our community and local environment!
📍 Event / Volunteer Hub:
Kenai Community Library parking lot (toward the Fire Station🚒) look for the White Volunteer Tent ⚪ The "hub" will include pick-up bags and supplies to get started, as well as a dumpster.
A BIG thanks to Peninsula Refuse for contributing to this effort!
This is a family-friendly effort; youth volunteers are welcome with a parent or guardian. Restrooms will be accessible at the Kenai Community Library and the Kenai Recreation Center.
🚗 From the hub, volunteers can head out across Kenai to clean streets, parks, and public areas.
💧 Water and donuts will be available at the hub.
🌿 Can’t make it to the hub?
You can still participate! Choose a street, park, or public area in Kenai that needs attention, then email [email protected] with your location and photos so we can coordinate bag pickup.
Every hand makes a difference. Let’s work together to keep Kenai clean and enjoy our shared green spaces.
