Help us raise $500,000 for the new KEMS ambulance!
ALL players are invited to attend the party after the final match .
Entry Fee is $70 per team, 2 players per team. Additional sponsorships are available.

Refund Policy
Refunds will not be granted, as this is a fundraising event.
Health & Safety
Players agree to play at their own risk. Basic first aid kits will be on site, but no professional medical teams will be at the tournament.
Pickleball Rules will Apply
Qualifying Rounds are Round Robin format. Final Round is Best of 3.
Final Round is on August 22 at Bounce Pickle + Play at 3:00 PM
All players are invited to the Post-Tournament Party with Appetizers, Awards, and Raffle for a One-Year Membership to Bounce Pickle + Play.
Registration Type: A partner is required to participate. Please note that players are responsible for finding their own partner, though we can assist with partner matching. Please contact [email protected] for help with partner matching.

Skill Levels: All, this is a community fundraising event.
Any team that does not show on the day of or cannot play will be WD from the tournament. (No Refunds)
- The winning team will receive a prize.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled match to check in and warm up.
- Players must be available to play at any time during their designated time slot.
- All matches will be self-officiated; good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
- Parking is available on site.
- The tournament committee has the right to make any adjustments to any and all events.
Official Tournament Policies
1. Registration & Payment
All participants must complete registration and submit full payment prior to the stated deadline. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
2. Refund Policy
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, injuries, or personal circumstances. Refunds will only be considered if the tournament is canceled by the host.
3. Format:
We are playing mixed teams - women, men or mixed. All skill levels are invited to play. This is a community tournament to support KEMS.
4. Waitlist Policy
Placement from the waitlist is not guaranteed and will be determined at the discretion of the Tournament committee. Entry is confirmed only upon official approval and completed payment.
5. Schedule Compliance
Players must be present and ready to play within five (5) minutes of match announcement. Failure to report on time may result in forfeiture.
6. Match Scheduling
Match times and brackets are final once published, if applicable.
7. Format Adjustments
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify brackets, divisions, match format, scoring structure, or scheduling based on registration numbers, time constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Officiating & Line Calls
Matches will be self-officiated unless otherwise noted. We ask all players to make fair and accurate line calls and to compete with integrity. All on-court calls are considered final; however, if a call cannot be agreed upon by the players involved, the point should be replayed.
9. Sportsmanship & Conduct
All participants are expected to display proper sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior toward opponents, spectators, or staff may result in a warning, match forfeiture, or removal from the event without refund.
10. Coaching & Spectators
Coaching is permitted only between games unless otherwise stated. Spectators may not interfere with match play.
11. Equipment and Personal Property
Players are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. The host facility is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
12. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By registering, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with play and will have to sign a waiver. The host facility, staff, and organizers are released from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.
13. Tournament Director Authority
The Tournament Committee's decisions are final in all matters related to rules, disputes, format, and enforcement of policies.
