Kelsey Sadler Salty Dog Foundation Push-Pull Competition

This Push–Pull Charity Challenge is a high-energy strength competition benefiting a local charity right here in our community! Whether you're a seasoned lifter or stepping onto the platform for the first time, this event is all about having fun, testing your strength, and giving back.

Participants can choose to compete in Bench Press only or Bench + Deadlift. Both men’s and women’s divisions will be offered, with lifters placed into weight classes for fair, competitive scoring.

This competition runs combine-style:
Your working weight is determined by your body weight, and you’ll complete as many reps as possible within your division. Every rep counts toward your final score, making this an exciting and approachable event for all levels of fitness.
