You'll receive an introduction to emergency preparedness, learn how to stay informed in emergencies, and get support in creating your own emergency RediPlan. EmergencyRedi is supported by NRMA Insurance, A Help Company.
This hands-on workshop will help you stay informed and safe during South Australia's Fire Danger Season.
Please bring your smartphone or device to learn where to find information during an emergency, explore useful apps, and access the CFS website. You will learn how to:
- Identify essential bushfire information to check daily
- Locate reliable sources for accurate and timely updates
- Take proactive steps to stay informed before and during a bushfire
- Navigate the CFS website effectively
- Use the Alert SA app to set up a watch zone
- Use the Emergency Plus app to report an emergency
- Keep yourself informed using technology
