For boys & girls ages 2.5-5yrs old (Must show proof of age!)

6 weeks on Wednesdays and Saturdays

March 5th- April 12th

10:30am-11:00am

(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts, and bring a water bottle)

During this 6-week program, kids will be learning core movements, body weight and cardio exercises to build athleticism while building healthy habits for health and wellness.

This will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit, a world-class gym with all the equipment needed.

This program will be taught by Coach Alana who is a certified Crossfit Kids Coach and Level 2 Trainer and Adrienne Englert, a Level 1 Online CrossFit Coach.

As part of every session, there will be a "huddle" where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that our youth can maximize their potential when they grow physically, mentally and spiritually.

One of our core values is making our programs accessible to all. If you cannot afford a donation, you are welcome to participate for free. For those who are able, we encourage to donate something but it is up to each family to determine what they are willing to pay for these training opportunities.
