Marwa Reda is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and a Certified Joy in Relationships Facilitator. She has attended multiple workshops in Adlerian Psychology and is also a Certified Encouragement Consultant Candidate Trainer.
Her personal journey as a wife for 18 years and a mom of two amazing ADHD teenagers & her passion for helping people build healthier, more connected relationships inspired her to expand her expertise by becoming a Certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach. Combining her knowledge with lived experience, Marwa is committed to empowering parents, couples, and families to create stronger bonds, foster encouragement, and nurture lasting relationships.
Workshop Description:
The Keeping the Joy in Relationships workshop is both fun, enlightening, and packed with experiential activities designed to help Participants improve all relationships through an even deeper understanding and embodiment of Positive Discipline Principles. Whether you have been married for 30 years or are looking for a committed relationship, this workshop provides the tools to establish, strengthen, and rediscover Connection, Passion, and Joy in any relationship. Come alone or with your partner - this workshop is about personal growth and what YOU bring to your relationship.
Participants in this workshop will:
1. How Positive Discipline (Adlerian) tools can effectively support your relationship.
2. How to take responsibility without guilt.
3. How to "be" the right person, instead of wanting your partner to "be" the right person.
4. What your Lifestyle Priority (Top Card) brings to your relationship.
5. How the beliefs formed in your early childhood enhance or challenge your relationship.
6. How to understand and speak your partner's love language.
7. The Couple's Dialogue Process: Why it is so difficult to really listen, and what to do about it.
8. How your relationship affects your children.
9. How to listen beyond the words to what your partner really "means" and "needs".
