When: Saturday Night of World Cup May 23, Sign-ups 5-6 pm, Competition 6-8 pm
Where: Nugget Fields, 1801 Moore Blvd. Davis, CA 95618
Who: Any AYSO player 10U+ and all tournament participants are eligible to compete. An adult division will also be offered so dust off those cleats!
Food Trucks for Dinner include: Taco Truck, Woodstock's Pizza, Sahara Kabob, and Kona Ice (dessert)
Cost and Prizes: Entry is $5 and you get an amazing sticker (see below) for participating. Winners and runners up get a Keeper War T-shirt of their choice from the tournament t-shirt vendor.

One of our favorite parts of Davis World Cup is the Saturday night Keeper Wars event. This community event for tournament participants includes food trucks, a little fun competition, and prizes for the winners.
Despite its name, "Keeper Wars" is fun for every player on a team not just the goalkeepers, and bringing your whole team to participate makes it even more fun!
Each match is 2-3 minutes, first to a set number of goals (2 or 3 depending on division) in a one on one match-up of players. Players can kick, throw, or punt balls toward the goal from their side of the field--anything a goalkeeper can do. Each division plays single elimination until we have a winner.
It's a great way to spend your Saturday night with your whole team! Come enjoy dinner then watch your players compete or compete yourself in our adult division 👀👀
