Keep Your Hands Up VII returns to Toronto on Saturday, November 21, for another evening of live amateur boxing at The Parkdale Hall.

Presented by Body by Dex Studio and Jab Cross Promotions, the event features more than 12 amateur boxing bouts, with athletes competing in front of friends, family and local boxing fans.

Whether you are supporting a fighter or simply want to experience live boxing, join us for the seventh edition of Keep Your Hands Up.
