Join Boss Babe Szn in the Keep Movin ‘ Series .

Join us in a motivation walk at Mount Trashmore Park . Getting active with a group of like minded individuals will help motivate you to STAY active . We will stretch & walk a few laps around the park as a unit. Participants will also receive goodie bags .
