About this Event
To celebrate the release of the 12th Edition and mark 70 years of this seminal text, Keating Chambers will host a full-day, in-person, conference to discuss key topics from the latest edition of Keating on Construction Contracts.
Members of Keating Chambers, representing all levels of seniority, will participate in panel sessions alongside leading external guest speakers. The core sessions will cover:
- Adjudication – Past, Present, and Future
- Standard Forms – UK and International Perspectives
- Resolution of Construction & Engineering Disputes – What Works Best? (Adjudication, TCC, Arbitration, and ADR)
- Thorny Contractual Topics – Limitations on Liability, Anti-Waiver, Notices, and Entire Agreement Provisions
- Building Safety, the BSA, and the Future
There will also be a number of special features and opportunity for interactive discussions throughout the day.
