I create small-batch boutique baked goods and confections for the North Lake Washington community, with a focus on refined flavor and careful craftsmanship. Trained by European pastry chefs, I bring professional technique to every item I make, producing each one by hand with care and intention. I use exceptional ingredients, including locally grown organic flours, Belgian and French chocolates, and homegrown organic produce when available. These thoughtfully chosen components allow simple pastries to become something truly special. My menu includes sourdough breads, breakfast pastries, tarts, hand pies, cookies, scones, tea cakes, brownies, and chocolates. As a one-person bakery, everything you see at the market is made exclusively by me, in small batches and with an artisanal approach.My menu will be posted soon!
