The Broad Street Market is one of Harrisburg's most treasured landmarks and is recognized as America's oldest continuously operating market house. For more than 160 years, it has served as a center of commerce, community, and culture in Pennsylvania's capital city. On July 10, 2023, a devastating electrical fire destroyed much of the historic Brick Building.
