We're kicking off Sincerely, Her's one-year celebration month with something a little different: an adult beginner ballet class!
The class will be taught by Miana Abramson. Whether you took ballet when you were five or have literally never stepped foot in a dance studio, this class is for you. No ballet experience required. No ballet shoes required. Just come ready to move, have fun and try something new!
We'll have time before and after class to mingle and meet other women in the Sincerely, Her community, so coming solo is absolutely encouraged.
The Schedule
6:30 PM: Doors open + mingling
7:00–8:00 PM: Beginner ballet class
8:00–8:30 PM: Hang out + connect
What to Wear
Wear something you feel comfortable moving and working out in. Pink is encouraged, but definitely not required! 🎀
You do NOT need ballet shoes. Socks are perfectly fine.
Who Is This For?
Everyone! This class is designed specifically for beginners, so don't worry about flexibility, dance experience or knowing any ballet terminology.
The goal isn't to be a ballerina by the end of the night. It's to move your body, try a new form of exercise and hopefully leave having met a new girlfriend or two.
Come alone. Bring a friend. Try something new.
