KC Girl Gang is headed BACK to Sweat Lab after getting so much amazing feedback from the last class — and we’re doing it again! 🔥This is a 1-hour heated workout that blends Pilates-inspired movements, light weights, bodyweight work, and short cardio bursts. It’s beginner-friendly but still a really good sweat.
✨ What to Know:
• Spots: Only 39 available
• Heated class — be ready to sweat
• Beginner friendly
🧘♀️ Bring:
• Your own yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Shoes are optional
⏰ Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early (11:45 AM) so we can get settled and start class right at 12:00 PM.
