We’re so excited to be hosting a private KC Girl Gang class at Power Life with Shahnia, one of their amazing studio managers and instructors!This will be a heated barre class set at an average temperature of 92°, designed to be challenging, empowering, and accessible for all fitness levels.

• 45-minute class with warm-up and cool-down
