Join KC’s biggest tournament. This year is different, a two day tournament!!! YES!!! We will have vendors of sorts; food, drinks, jewelry, hand crafts and more.
Registration is $200 ($50 deposit will be due a week before with $150 remaining to be paid the day of), Hmong Rules (Rally) with 2 non Asians on the court. If I have a complaint about the usage of nonasians, I will have to ask for a lineage verification.
Will need a minimum of 20 teams for Mens and 10 for Womens
No libero (sorry!)
Also a max of 10 people on a team.

❗️Hmong Rules ❗️
• Cannot overhand SET from serve receive
• When passing from overhand (Tomahawk)(Pray), hands must be together.
• When setting
- Cannot double (minimize sound when contacted and minimize spin)
- Ball cannot go over the net if the setter’s intention is to set and not attack (Over-set violation)
- Ball must completely clear above the net
• Everyone must rotate but players do not have to stack
- (if the setter is back row) Setter can assume front row position at the net when serve receive
• When serving, the ball cannot touch the net!
•Centerline violation (if a generous amount of feet has crossed then it will be called)
• If the ball touches anything else besides your shoulders and arms, it is a violation.
• You can set the ball over (MUST BE INTENTIONAL, CLEAN, and FEET MUST BE PLANTED)
